Account and cloud-data deletion for GroomBuddy

Delete in GroomBuddy

  1. Open GroomBuddy.
  2. Open More, then Account.
  3. Select Delete GroomBuddy account.
  4. Review the deletion details and confirm.

GroomBuddy removes the Firebase Authentication account, manual Cloud Backup, backed-up pet photos, cross-device sync workspace data, online booking page settings, and booking request history before completing account deletion.

Local data on the device

Account deletion does not erase local clients, pets, appointments, photos, services, settings, or revenue records from the current device. To erase those records, open More, Data & Backup, and choose Delete All Data.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access GroomBuddy, email khycollective@gmail.com from the email address associated with the GroomBuddy account. Use the subject "GroomBuddy account deletion." We may request limited information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is retained

Khy Collective does not retain the deleted GroomBuddy account or its account-scoped cloud backup, sync, or online booking records. Google Play may retain subscription purchase records under Google's policies.
