Acceptance of terms

By using Khy Collective websites, products, or services, including GroomBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

GroomBuddy service

GroomBuddy provides local-first tools for grooming-business scheduling, client and pet records, services, appointment outcomes, payment-status tracking, reminders, rebooking, and business reporting. GroomBuddy does not process payments between groomers and their customers.

Accounts and cloud features

An account is optional for local GroomBuddy use. Users who create an account are responsible for maintaining access to their sign-in method. Cloud Backup and cross-device sync are optional features and do not replace the user's responsibility to review records and maintain appropriate backups.

Users may delete their account from GroomBuddy. Account deletion removes account-scoped cloud data and authentication but intentionally leaves local business data on the current device unless Delete All Data is also selected.

GroomBuddy Premium

Premium subscriptions are offered and processed through Google Play. Available plans, pricing, trial terms, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund options are shown and managed by Google Play. Premium access depends on a valid Google Play entitlement and may be limited during pending, suspended, expired, or refunded transactions.

User responsibility for data

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of business, client, pet, appointment, photo, and related records entered into GroomBuddy. Users must have the authority and permissions needed to store and use that information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the services in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Service availability and changes

Khy Collective works to provide dependable products but does not guarantee that every website, app, optional feature, cloud service, reminder, report, or integration will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change as GroomBuddy is improved or as third-party platforms change.

Business decisions and records

GroomBuddy reports are tools based on user-entered records. Users are responsible for reviewing appointment, payment, revenue, tax, legal, and business information before relying on it. GroomBuddy is not accounting, tax, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Intellectual property

Khy Collective owns or licenses the design, branding, software, documentation, and other materials associated with its products and services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse these materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Khy Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Updates to terms

We may update these Terms as products, platform requirements, and legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
